Yesterday wasn't too bad with a 3 oz. sirlion and half a sweet potato for dinner, but the 2 rolls got me. Today is already looking a lot better. I woke up at 11 am so I had a brunch of 3 oz leftover sirlion and an applesauce cup. Later I had a couple ritz crackers. From when I started "trying" to lose weight to now, I've lost a total of 12 lbs. so now I'm at 233 lbs. Still too much, but coming down everday.
Any tips/suggestions are welcome!
